A tech firm is looking for a VP of Business Development to join their team here in Malta. The chosen candidate would be responsible to create and manage direct sales in the company's key territories and segments as well as oversee the execution of their sales strategy

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop new clients to expand client base and gain market share
  • Identify and generate new leads and opportunities for the company
  • Analyse the market and search for future clients amongst enterprises clients especially in the Banking, Financial Services and Aeronautical industries
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business and technology needs
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams to keep everyone apprised of progress and status of our business development


  • Education: Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Engineering background
  • 4+ years of IT outsource or B2B technology services sales experience
  • Outstanding oral and written language skills in English
  • Passion for selling disruptive technology
