THE WOW

You are expected to be data-driven and customer-focused at all times and have a good understanding of conversion centred design. This involves constantly referencing all available data sources pertaining to user behaviour and attitude, to inform design decisions. You are able to design for multiple devices, from mobile to desktop and to any other new device that will be available in the future.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

You will be joining a passionate team of professionals, working closely with Product managers and reporting to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for creating concepts, low fidelity wireframes and driving them forward to high fidelity pixel perfect designs that increase customer engagement, improve customer satisfaction, conversion rates and other KPIs.

A FLAVOUR OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Initiate strategy brainstorms and concept workshops.

  • Take research findings and concepts and create development-ready design material for AB/Multivariate tests.

  • Spearhead AB and multivariate testing taking ownership for the testing backlog and applying improvements.

  • Effectively champion and communicate design ideas using sketches, flow diagrams, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes.

  • Compose and produce work in a fast-paced environment where speed and accuracy are important.

  • Be able to work on multiple projects at the same time.

  • Heuristic assessment of existing web properties, e.g. user journey.

YOU’RE GOOD AT:

  • You're passionate about good and effective design. You know a good experience when you see it.

  • You are detail oriented and you know that quality and deadlines are equally important.

  • Continuously up to date in the world of user experience design.

  • You have an excellent understanding of conversion cantered design. You don't only make the touch points look good, but also reach the business goals.

  • You don't wait around for things to happen but rather have a get it done attitude and you try to anticipate problems.

  • You have the ability to work under minimal supervision, independently and as a member of a team, with the same good attitude and results.

  • Excellent skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch.

  • Good understanding of a prototype tools such as Invision or MarvelApp.

  • Understanding of Google Analytics and heat maps software for such Crazy Egg or Hotjar.

  • Knowledge of Video editing, html 5, CSS, and JavaScript is a bonus.

  • CRO experience is a plus.

  • Passion for gaming is a plus.
