A brand which provides Trust and Company services on an international basis are looking for a Trust Administrator. The company specialize in meeting the varied requirements of wealthy individuals and their families and offer them a highly personal, discrete service providing flexible, efficient administration of all assets on a global basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Setting up couriers & Daily post routine
  • Procurement of supplies
  • Liaise with third party providers in order to receive the information required for valuation purposes
  • Preparations of the total summary valuations for the related parties at each end of quarter
  • To place any valuable documentation, in relation to trusts and companies held within the team’s portfolio, in safekeeping
  • To withdraw any information required from safekeeping when the needs arises.
  • Keeping a log of certain activities that occur regularly within the team (e.g. logbook, safekeeping, fee sheets, matter lists, KYC, corporate registers, property registers, KYC – the central KYC needs to be maintained
  • Maintaining the Trust and Company hard copy files and TSV files
  • General filing of documentation. Project filing to be concluded as soon as matter is resolved
  • Archiving according to current Company policy
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Projects as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer / Chief Financial Officer

Skills and experience:

  • Relevant knowledge of the operation of international companies and trusts
  • Hold or reading for a University degree, or holding a Diploma in Financial Services or relevant experience
  • Demonstrate ability to undertake a range of administrative support tasks
  • Excellent communications skills and good command of written and spoken English
  • Ability to use Microsoft applications
