Leading company in the insurance field is looking for a Technical Support Executive to join the IT team.
- Solving clients' technical issues via calls, email and chat; assisting with difficulties within system’s configuration, product functionality, bugs and related matters.
- Providing support through procedural documentation and reports, keeping customers informed on the status and resolution of their problem.
- Supporting the development of new products and or applications.
- Escalating issues to other teams accordingly, following up until such issues are resolved.
- Efficiently establishing a healthy working relationship with customers and colleagues.
- Following-up and closing open tickets in a timely manner.
- Experience within similar responsibilities.
- Customer-focused approach, proactive and self-motivated.
- Analytical mind and problem solving skills. Ability to prioritizing and multitask.
- Fast learner and able to work within a team
- Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English. Spanish language will be considered an asset.
