A well-established company in the technology field is looking for a Technical Support Executive to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing 1st line technical support to customers
  • Solving a software related issues by answering emails and calls
  • Creating support tickets. Preparing and sending quotations
  • Escalating to 2nd line of support when necessary
  • Acting as a liaison between customers, support team and development team
  • Collecting feedback and forwarding to the development team

Requirements:

  • Experience in similar responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English
  • Passion for IT and software support
  • Organised and self-disciplined
