A well established software house is looking for a 1st Line Support Agent. The chosen candidate will be responsible for finding solutions to customer’s issues via phone and e-mail on a daily bases.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing highest quality customer support
  • Ensuring issues are dealt with promptly and escalate where necessary
  • Maintaining good relationships with the clients
  • Liaising with the Tech team in order to solve difficult issues
  • Being responsible of software support

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Tech support, customer service or similar
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a Team
  • Good communication skills both in Maltese and English
  • Flexibility to work on call every 2 months
  • Ability to move with own car
