A leading bank is currently looking for a Support Officer to join their team.
- Perform adhoc duties as required by the team or business
- Providing a first class service to commercial customers.
- Performing a wide range of support duties.
- Actively supporting in performing customer due diligence and ensuring relevant information is kept up to date.
- Ensuring that Policies and Procedures are maintained and that compliance and regulatory requirements are adhered to at all times.
- A customer focused approach
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with the wider business team
- An ability to organise, prioritise and work to tight deadlines
- Be well motivated, proactive and show high initiative levels
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
