A well-established IT solutions company is expanding their team and are looking for a Software Support Specialist.
- Taking phone calls and responding to support tickets and emails, be monitoring data queues and server monitors,
- Supporting the queries from customers, partners and re-sellers on how to setup and configure certain parts of our software, for which training will be provided to the right candidate,
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions,
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users,
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process,
- Follow-up and update users on status.
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role,
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products,
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues,
- Proficiency in English,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
