THE CHALLENGE OR THE WOW

The SEO Marketing Owner is the full owner of all SEO activities done in the Southern Europe and LATAM Region. You will be managing and be responsible for our three core brands in Italy, Spain, Chile and Peru.

Working closely with the regional marketing team to ensure short and long term growth. The SMO has a strategic role in coaching and guiding the regional teams ensuring communication and knowledge sharing.

This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong technical and analytical skills, high detail-orientation and organisational skills.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working close with the regional teams in defining a strategy to invoke organic growth in their markets.

  • Strategic planning of SEO campaigns with heads of marketing and SEO regional teams.

  • Joining forces with the central marketing team to define marketing strategy.

  • Full ownership of the search experience framework in our markets.

  • Manage the regional SEO team to ensure maximum results.

  • Ensure clear communication lines and reporting between markets and central team.

  • Set clear KPIs for SEO activities and quality control of our SEO efforts and budgets.

  • Ownership the hiring process of the SEO teams in the Southern Europe and LATAM Region and onboarding them to the teams.

  • Liaise with the Platform team to implement product improvements.

YOU’RE GOOD AT:

  • Analysing data and creating meaningful reports that provide action plans.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills with a penchant for and sensitivity to ROI.

  • Experience in SEO of at least 2 years inhouse or at an agency.

  • Experience with Jira & Confluence.

  • Content marketing oriented with high understanding of digital PR.

  • Proficiency in all G-suite.

  • Ability to create marketing roadmaps and prioritize efforts.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate on complex projects.

EXTRA AWESOME:

  • Experience in Igaming/Forex of at least a year.

  • Used of working in a fast paced multi branded environment

  • Background in marketing, social media & journalism.
