Senior Corporate Administrator

Independent global solution specialist in trust, fiduciary, corporate and fund services is seeking to employ a Senior Corporate Administrator.

Job duties include:

  • Ensuring the objectives and initiatives from senior management are delivered against agreed time frame
  • Support administrators and Directors in client meetings
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements supporting a good working relationship with the regulator via strong governance
  • Identification and mitigation of risk within the team's client book
  • High quality service delivery against the needs and demands of high net worth clients ( fiduciary field )
  • Taking the lead role in ad hoc projects from time to time

Skills and Qualifications required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of previous working experience in the fiduciary industry, 5 years experience and more preferred 
  • Relevant professional qualification: STEP or ICSA
  • Educated to a minimum of A level standard, preference will be given to candidates with legal background
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, additional languages will be considered an asset
  • Very good communication skills.
