A well-established consulting firm in Mauritius is looking for a customer service oriented SAGE X3 Support Consultant to provide functional and technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner.
The selected candidate will be considered as the company’s front liner and will have to solve both functional and technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas.
The goal is to make sure that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.
- Provide end user support to SAGE X3 ERP users
- Provide 1st and 2nd level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Correct bugs reported
- Produce enhancements to existing SAGE X3 ERP, as per user requirement
- Provide system training to new users on client side
- Update customer regularly on their issues
- Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
- Produce activity reports
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
- BSc degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Proven working experience in providing help desk support, on an ERP
- Proficiency in English and French
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation
- Experience working with an ERP (SAGE X3, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, OeBS or SAP)
- Experience working with SQL Database
