An international payments service provider licensed with MFSA is looking for a Relationship Manager to join their team in Malta
- Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
- Building and maintaining long-term and trusted relationship with partners.
- Growing portfolio by generating business from new partners, including up-selling to existing partners.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Following up with partners on incomplete applications and other matters as necessary.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, other languages will be an asset.
- Experience in similar role will be considered an asset.
- Experience in the card acquiring or payments processing business will be considered an asset.
- Great business sense and the ability to work to budgets.
- Excellent time management, organizational and planning skills.
- Team player mentality with problem solving skills.
