- To search for relevant candidates to match clients' needs
- Meeting and building long term relationships with professional candidates and clients
- To build, develop and maintain a network of talented candidates
- Pragmatically and proactively attract relevant candidates towards the network;
- Ensuring these candidates are meticulously registered and documented on Castille’s CRM;
- Ensuring deployment of candidates in the best interests of our clients and candidates;
- Building own expertise within allocated specialist areas of Finance or Tech
- Maintain and build own network of hiring managers within allocated specialist areas;
- Accompany senior members of the team on client visits;
- Supporting the team in the interests of our clients and candidates.
- Previous experience in recruitment.
- Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
- Commercial exposure or keen interest in Tech and Finance considered an asset;
- Fluency in English, both written and oral.
