A specialist investment management company is currently looking for a front office administrator who shall be assisting with the day to the day duties as required.
- Scheduling meetings and conference calls
- General reception duties
- Maintaining holiday records for members of staff
- Processing of expenses and credit card claims
- Travel Arrangements
- Liaising with other offices on documents, arrangements, meetings etc
- Assisting finance with invoicing, bank payments etc.
- Managing offices supplies
- General Admin (post/courier), photocopies, PDFs, faxes, filing, binding
- Ad hoc projects/ duties as assigned
- Previous experience is a must
- Good command of English and Maltese
- A’ Level Standard of Education
