Job Description

A leading law firm is currently seeking to recruit an office administrator who will be assisting in the day to day running of the office on a full- time basis.  

Job Description 

  • Assisting professional staff in the preparation, logistics and filing of client and company documents. 

  • Management, internal distribution , scanning and saving of post. 

  • Logging of outbound post, and hand deliveries and organizing couriers. 

  • Maintenance of efficient and secure soft and hard filing systems. 

  • Front office reception duties as and when required. 

  • Taking calls and messages and relaying them effectively. 

  • General office administration including driver duties, furniture repairs and office maintenance and insurance. 

  • Managing office inventory and consumables. 

  • Making travel arrangements for senior managers. 

  • Organising conference calls, conference rooms, meeting room bookings, taxis, etc. 

  • Maintaining vacation and sick leave records. 

  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
