Castille is looking to hire a Junior Recruitment Officer who will be responsible to support our contingent workforces at various clients across different industries.

The HR Consultant will be based on client sites with regular progress meetings at Castille office. The role will report directly to Labs General Manager.

Responsibilities will be to:

  • Co-ordinate and ensure monthly timesheets are filled in and approved on a timely basis
  • Provide 1st level support to our contingent teams on all HR issues and queries
  • Manage and co-ordinate the performance review process with the client
  • Handle disciplinary meetings with contingent employees in line with client instruction
  • Ensure all employment contracts are updated at all times with appropriate annexes signed
  • Ensure all HR matters are captured, dealt with and where necessary escalated and followed up
  • Manage a continuous improvement process to improve client experience as we go along

The successful candidate will be:

  • A graduate in a relevant discipline
  • Having a minimum of 1 years working experience in similar environment
  • Fluent in English, French and Creole – both written and spoken
  • Extraordinary communicator with proven emotional intelligence
  • Strong team player
  • Energetic with a can-do attitude
