An exciting opportunity for an IT Systems Administrator with Castille's client within the financial services industry has arisen.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Installing, configuring, update and maintain client computer hardware, printers, operating systems and office applications
  • Setting up new user accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
  • Providing user support, including updates when needed and follow the procedural documentation
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications, patches and updates
  • Responding within SLAs to reported requests and incidents
  • Providing support via remote assistance tools to other branch offices and establishments
  • Monitoring the Company’s IT Infrastructure and proactively escalate to other IT Teams and/or Third Parties
  • Monitoring the Company Backups and perform random restores
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software faults
  • Monitoring and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Updating and write IT Technical documentations

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience
  • Knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems
  • Experience in the administration of Microsoft Active Directory
  • Experience with IT hardware
  • Knowledge of networking
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting skills for IT
  • Apply problem-solving techniques and be self-driven
  • Good awareness of IT data security standards
  • Previous experience in IT Technical writing and documentation is a plus
  • Experience within the finance sector is considered an asset
