A local blue-chip Group of companies with an international footprint and representing famous brands, is recruiting a top notch Human Resources Manager who will participate in business strategy development, operational planning, execution and change management leadership and who will report to the Head of Human Resources

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Comply with and maintain legal requirements, government reporting regulations and ER / IR
  • Ensure policies, procedures, processes and reporting are in compliance
  • Analyze HR key metrics, exit interview data and survey/focus group data to report findings, identify areas of opportunity and recommended solutions
  • Implement HR projects such as Talent management, Compensation & Benefits
  • Conduct investigations as appropriate and maintain impeccable documentation
  • Recommend actions and solutions to management
  • Conduct training sessions, focus groups, skip level meetings
  • Manage International Expatriation legal procedures, benefits and administrative processes
  • Identify Recruitment needs and conduct interview processes
  • Implement any other cognate duties and strategies as required by Higher Management

Experience and Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in any related field or acceptable qualification
  • Minimum experience of at least 8 years in human resources
  • Proven experience successfully resolving employee relations issues and knowledge of employment law
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to quickly build trust, integrity & confidentiality
  • Experience in setting strategy and creating key metrics related to employee relations
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector would be a definite advantage
