A Company bridging the gap between the traditional world of finance and innovative crypto companies is currently seeking to recruit a Human Resources Executive who shall form part of the administration team and reporting directly to the CFO.  

Job Description 

  • Assisting with recruitment of vacant positions 

  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process 

  • Maintain all employee engagement and termination processes 

  • Drafting and issuing of employment contracts and end of probation letters 

  • Supporting the on-boarding of new employees and assisting all employees with HR related issues 

  • Maintaining employee related databases, organization of HR documents/files and compiling monthly HR reports 

  • Tracking vacation leave and sickness absence 

  • Organising staff events and conferences and leadership initiatives 

  • Ensuring a smooth running of the office 

  • Providing administrative support to the company Directors 

  • Liaising with suppliers and other staff 

  • Assisting with the organization and filing of paperwork, documents and computer-based information 

  • Liaising with our Group HR leader, and other HR functions in the company’s subsidiaries and related entities overseas 

  • Assisting management and staff in day to day general administration 

 

Job Requirements 

  • Minimum 2 years' work experience in a similar role; 

  • Capable to work on own initiative; 

  • Flexible and adaptable, willing to adopt greater responsibilities as needs require; 

  • Previous experience/knowledge of HR; 

  • Preferably 2 years relevant work experience in a similar role; 

  • Degree in Psychology or Management would be considered an asset; 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; 

  • Competency in Microsoft Office and local HR software will be considered an asset.
