A HR Executive is required to work within the hospitality sector.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Preparation and processing of payroll; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets.
- Liaising with external partners, and ensure legal compliance
- Adhering to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
- Organizing and maintaining personnel records.
- Liaising with recruitment agencies.
- Setting up interviews and issue relevant correspondence.
- Registering Engagements and Terminations according to corporate and statutory requirements.
- Preparing end-of-month related documents.
- Creating regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
- Assisting employees in H.R related queries.
