Job Description

Our client who operates in the Gaming sector is looking for a HR & Payroll Administrator. The role is responsible for processing payroll monthly and providing effective and efficient HR administrative support to the HR department and assisting the Head of HR with administrative support.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Payroll administration and accurate, on-time update of payroll related HR records
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll records by maintaining database with updates in status changes, tax, vacation etc…
  • Process all required documents for starters & leavers
  • Acting as a point of contact for employee queries. Inform and involve Head of HR in all employee issues outside standard administrative queries
  • Act proactively as on on-site support to Head of HR for routine and ad-hoc tasks
  • Conduct research on different HR related topics and draft of documents and contracts on request
  • Draft and support in updating job descriptions
  • Support the process of collecting and collating HR information, reports and data when required

Skills and Experience required

  • Possessing HR experience
  • Being proficient in MS office, especially Excel
  • Having good knowledge regarding payroll processing
  • Showing ability to work with confidential information
  • Demonstrating and understanding of payroll taxes
