A well established Maltese Company within Financial Services is seeking an HR & Administration Manager who will report directly to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities will include:
- formulating and revising various policies and procedures on an administrative level for the group of companies.
- overseeing the Human Resources function in its entirety, from recruitment, staff development, coaching, counseling, designing and implementing training, monthly payroll processing, maintaining staff record sheets, maintaining the Company’s Health Insurance Scheme for all employees, and preparing monthly salaries accounting journal.
- Drafted employment contracts and job descriptions,
- Leading a team of 5 people
You will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role
