Our client, a strong brand in the local landscape of financial services with an international footprint is seeking to recruit a high calibre Head of Marketing to drive the Marketing strategy of Financial Services and build brand awareness through the coordination and execution of key marketing initiatives by partnering with internal and external stakeholders to understand their

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall management of all strategic / operational Marketing initiatives in view of building brand awareness and supporting business growth
  • Design and communicate the Marketing Plan, budgets and forecasts and set and monitor objectives and results
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, whilst constantly measuring results.
  • Develop a social media strategy with a strong focus on the reach out to our client segment
  • Manage key relationships with media partners, advertising agencies, press and suppliers
  • Create market awareness of our products and document and analyse market comparison data
  • Conduct regular surveys on customer satisfaction on our brand, services and products and follow up with appropriate action plans
  • Constantly scan the business environment and advise Management about events, conferences, and market data which can help to support business growth.
  • Act as a coach, growing the potential and performance of the key people who will pull the organisation forward
  • Ensure operational excellence in the delivery of services while regularly benchmarking with international standards and applying best practices
  • Drive the business forward with new ideas and professional world class delivery

Qualifications and Experience

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing Management or any other management field
  • Strong knowledge of Marketing and communication concepts, best practices, new tools and techniques
  • At least 10 years' experience in a Senior Management Role in the Marketing and promotion of financial products
  • Exposure to B2C marketing environment
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to think outside the box
  • Outgoing personality, result oriented, orderly and excellent team player
  • Demonstrated Team Leadership Experience
  • Strong sense of Ethics
