YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • Successful track record of implementing CRM campaigns, ideally under the UKGC jurisdiction.

  • Demonstrable track record of developing CRM as a strategic channel and using CRM to drive commercial success.

  • Comfortable being measured on Key Performance metrics such as revenues, customer lifetime value and reactivation rates.

  • Leadership qualities to manage a team responsible for execution of all customer touchpoints

  • Highly analytical with the ability to collate, analyse and present data and drive clear insights to the business

  • Proven experience of creating customer centric, value based user journeys

  • Experience of working across channels and customer segments

  • Proactive mindset; you are a self starter who can operate autonomously, you can bring structure to a team and establish clear processes.

  • Native level communication ability in English, both in speaking and writing

  • Passion for online gaming

A FLAVOUR OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Own and execute the CRM strategy for the UK market across all major brands.

  • Build and automate lifecycle communication in collaboration with central CRM, with a view to improve onboarding, conversions, lifetime value and reactivation.

  • Responsibility for the execution team (approximately 3 persons) and CRM manager responsible for end-to-end execution of campaigns via all channels (primarily on site, email sms and outbound calling). This includes working with the product managers (predominantly casino) to ensure a smooth campaign briefing, creation and execution process.

  • Manage the VIP team (approximately 2 persons) responsible for managing the portfolio of high value players. You will own the VIP budget and be responsible for the reactivation and activity of VIP players. You will also manage all the key customer journeys which VIPs are more likely to experience due to their high value.

  • The content manager will report to you, who is responsible for the tone of voice, language and content for all brands.

  • Define the brands contact strategy (right place, right time, right person) by aligning with the product marketers on segmentation and targeting of communication

  • Champion an ongoing tests & learn programme (A.B, MVT & Control group)

  • Weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting on CRM performance against quarterly KPi’s
