Job Description

Our client, a strong brand in the local landscape of financial services with an international footprint is seeking to recruit a high calibre Head of Client Relationship to oversee the strategic and day-to-day operations of the Client Relationship Department with a strong focus on quality, timely service delivery and sales and profitability maximization

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall management of all strategic/operational initiatives of the Client Relationship Department
  • Elaborate the Sales Strategy for the Leasing, Consumer Finance and Loans service lines
  • Design and communicate the Sales Plan, budgets and forecasts and set and monitor objectives for the Sales teams
  • Analyse the market dynamics and competition, and thereafter elaborate a response strategy
  • Ensure the gain of new business through direct sales approaches and development of new products for the market
  • Ensure the efficient client on boarding scheme and loyalty program
  • Understand the company's drivers and obstacles for change, as well as customer feedbacks
  • Enforce a cost effective management of resources and compliance to best practices and good governance policies
  • Act as a coach, growing the potential and performance of the key people who will pull the organisation forward
  • Ensure operational excellence in the delivery of services while regularly benchmarking with international standards and applying best practices
  • Drive the business forward with new ideas and professional world class delivery
  • Be committed to Excellence and promote efficiency by setting personal example of corporate values (Agility, Pioneering & Excellence)

Qualifications and Experience

  • Master’s Degree in Business Studies / Management / Finance or any other relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of applicable industry legislations and customer excellence best practices in the Finance industry
  • At least 10 years' experience in a Senior Management Role in a Customer Centricity environment
  • Experience in Credit, collections, and/or Accounts receivables
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to think outside the box
  • Outgoing personality, result oriented, orderly and excellent team player
  • Demonstrated Team Leadership Experience
  • Strong sense of Ethics
