Job Description

Role purpose:

  • Responsible for executing the product marketing work related to development and management of Vodafone Malta’s fixed product portfolio both in consumer and business SOHO/SME segments
  • A key contributor to developing Vodafone Malta’s fixed product portfolio through driving cross functional work on the design and implementation of products and customer journeys to create market leading propositions with outstanding customer experience based on on sound customer insights and understanding of related technologies
  • Participate in marketing planning and drive execution of activity plans to deliver customer happiness and commercial targets (e.g. NPS, customer volumes, revenues)

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Input into Fixed Strategy and business plan
  • Drive execution of plans: coordinate design and implementation of new products and related processes, drive continuous process innovation to grow customer satisfaction and process efficiency
  • Coordinate activities for acquiring and retaining customers; set targets, develop commercial campaigns, run base management campaigns and channel activities
  • Ensure customer experience and support processes are efficient and also deliver high NPS results
  • Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
  • Solid understanding of fixed technologies, products and related processes with 1+ years’ experience in fixed operations in product/marketing/customer care or technology area
    Marketing & Product management skills with great eye for detail and passion for customer excellence
  • Commercially savvy plus experience in delivering excellent customer operations
    Great communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with the different stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of cross-departmental activities

Required technical / professional qualifications:

  • University degree, preferably in Technology, Business or Marketing
  • Previous experience in product marketing, technology or customer operations related to Fixed telecommunications products in consumer/SoHo/SME segments
