A Well-established company is currently seeking to recruit a finance and administration assistant who will be reporting directly to the head of finance.  

Job Benefits:

Job Description: 

  • Processing of Purchase Invoices. 
  • Assisting with the month-end process. 
  • Record all financial transactions. 
  • Preparation of accounts for all companies up to trial balance stage. 
  • Dealing with Vendors and Accounts payable queries. 
  • Processing and issuing Sales Invoices. 
  • Improving finance and administrative systems and processes. 
  • General office administration. 
  • Assisting all employees with travel arrangements. 
  • Getting involved in projects related to the financial and administrative functions of the group. 
  • Ensuring compliance with all financial and administrative group regulations. 

Job Requirements: 

  • Previous accountancy background. 
  • In the process of attaining an accountancy qualification. 
  • Be Smart, highly motivated, well presented individual with an eye to detail. 
  • Have good communication and organisational skills. 
  • Be fluent in the English language (both written and spoken). 
  • Be highly organised.
