Job Description

A multi-disciplinary corporate service provider that is active in various areas of the financial services industry, services ranging from the incorporation and administration of corporate entities is currently looking for a Digital Marketing & HR assistance to join their team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Drafting, designing and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies to drive online traffic to the company websites and social media
  • Creating visual graphic content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites and company Apps
  • Back-end website(s) administration, populating the website (s) and updating website (s) and social media accounts
  • Carrying out market research and surveys to optimize rankings;
  • Planning, organizing and gathering marketing analytics techniques to obtain data (that provides insight to market trends and company requirements)
  • Updating spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
  • Preparing and present regular reports to management on the results and activities based on approved marketing plans
  • Reviewing new and emerging technologies and keeping the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Supporting the management in dealing with enquiries received via email and social media platforms under the supervision of the HR & Marketing Manager
  • Attending the daily briefing meeting and other meetings as required
  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the group marketing and human resources department’s activities

Skills, Experience and Qualifications Requried:

  • Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing Qualification Preferred
  • Experience with wordpress and web content management 
  • Understanding of google analytics
  • Graphic Design
  • Campaign Execution
  • Understanding of SEO and PPC and techniques to optimize online page rankings
  • Have experience in organizing and planning events and working with international/multicultural employees
  • Have good administrative skills, be computer literate
  • Be proactive and take initiative
  • Be logical, accurate and able to multi-task
  • Be well-organized and possess good time management skills
  • Be self-motivated, able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
  • Be customer focused and have a passion for customer service excellence
  • Have a pleasant personality and professional disposition
  • Excellent communication skills in English
