Digital & Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative, proactive and innovative Digital Social Media Manager, with proven digital expertise. You will be responsible to develop, implement, track and optimize clients’ digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, while also managing the company’s websites and social media activity.

Main Responsibility:

  • Using Google Analytics and Google AdWords to monitor performance
  • Using Facebook Business Manager to create, implement & manage campaigns  Researching and creating content with our creative team
  • Creating and managing clients’ content calendar including SEO initiatives, content development, publishing and sharing
  • Managing and maintaining clients’ social media platforms, campaigns and presence including messaging, posting and updating all channels
  • Using insight and analytics to help improve conversions
  • Producing performance reports for campaigns and recommendations for improvements, together with end of campaign reports
  • Performing keyword research for SEO, display and search advertising campaigns
  • Monitoring effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximise results.
  • Preparing reports on a monthly basis and reporting to clients
  • Meeting clients to discuss digital marketing requirements and campaigns as well as preparing proposals with ideas and suggestions
  • Keeping up to date with developments throughout the social sphere and investigating potential ways of implementing changes to add value
  • Regularly monitoring trends in social media tools, trends, applications and terms and conditions of the various social networking platforms

Skills Required:

  • Experience with WordPress, Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager and Social Media Monitoring and Management Systems, including upcoming tools and technologies
  • Ability to work with CMS systems
  • Ability to navigate and use Digital and Social Media Dashboards
  • Ability to manage PPC, SEO and Online Advertising Projects with good knowledge of best practices
  • Creating and managing e-mail marketing campaigns using the latest platforms
  • Verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English
  • Attention to detail and ability to effectively collaborate on projects with people inside and outside of the organisations
  • An understanding of consumer-driven social content
  • Experience of using analytical tools to improve campaign strategies
