Job Description

A leader in Financial Services Consulting & BPO, Collection, Debt Repayment and SaaS applications is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join their team. 

The DevOps Engineer will work in the DevOps team to perform release management and all deployment activities by ensuring quality of deliverables and correct versioning.

Main Activities: 

  • Perform deployment of applications to Staging environments up to Production as per the Release Management Process by ensuring all Quality Gates are passed
  • Be the SPOC between Development and Infrastructure team
  • Participate in the implementation and maintenance of CICD framework
  • Participate in the setup of Code Quality monitoring tool
  • Monitor Code Quality and publish regular reports to stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain the code repositories as per the SCM Process
  • Ensure that teams are following all SDLC Processes
  • Work closely with all teams such as Dev, QA, and Infra
  • Regular reporting to the Manager
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives


  • Minimum a BSC in Software Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • Software Release process
  • Source Code Management tools (SVN, GIT)
  • Web and application servers (Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, Others)
  • Cloud-based hosting infrastructure
  • Databases (Postgres, Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server)
  • CICD (Jenkins, Sonar, Octopus)
  • Linux Administration
  • Scripting (Shell, Powershell)
  • Experience in below would be advantageous:
    • Development
    • Application Performance Monitoring (AppDynamics, Dynatrace)
    • Automation Testing

Soft Skills: 

  • Proactive, dynamic and versatile
  • Extremely organized, rigorous
  • Willing to interact, produce and report with a professional approach at all times
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, prioritize matters and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team
