A FLAVOUR OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Oversight and ownership of resource planning processes through the creative department, ensuring work is efficiently managed
    • Organize the workflow of a creative business with financial outputs by Jira system
    • Create a system whereby all material is categorized and filed for creative review with accompanying KPI reports
    • Ensure that the Creative team have all the necessary tools and information to effectively and efficiently perform their roles
    • Manage the daily schedule of the design Studio, book creative meetings, WIPs updates
    • Traffic management – work closely with Lead Creatives of brands to ensure briefs are dispatched according to studio resource. Ability to prioritize the needs of the business
    • To take ownership of tasks from an organisational point of view from brief to competition of task
    • Filter briefs, educate stakeholders and push back where necessary if briefs are not to standard
    • Constantly review, refine, and develop the workflow of the Design Studio
    • Improve and maintain the team’s storage and file management system
    • Monitor freelance requirements and request approval when additional resource is required
    • Ensure the team has accurate proof of output, and timesheets are complete and analyzed on a regular basis. Regularly review daily targets
    • Management of the Purchase Order System on behalf of the Creative Department
    • Foster a culture of constant self questioning, and constant improvement

YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • Ideally previous experience managing a creative traffic flow system in a fast­paced, busy creative studio agency
    • Creative or design background
    • Knowledge of digital production in­house or agency side, ideally both
    • Experience in training and mentoring use of systems
    • Excellent people management skills
    • Ability to interpret briefs and manage creative teams
    • Natural ability to communicate effectively with clients in a confident and impartial manner
    • Ability to make effective decisions in challenging situation and under pressure
    • Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a stressful environment
    • Ability to multi­task and negotiate with multiple stakeholders
    • Broad experience of workflow management tools
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
