About the role

  • Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
  • Timely creation and deletion of events as per processes
  • Web search
  • Timely check, handling and sorting of mails in shared mailbox
  • Follow-up corporate processes, standards and procedure


About you

  • Good written and spoken English and French Language is a must
  • Good Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in teams
  • Proactive, self-motivated and determined attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure & multi-task, using a team approach to solve problem when appropriate
  • Results oriented and problem solving skills
  • Need a willingness to learn and expand knowledge
  • IT Proficient: MS Office Software Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Typing accuracy and speed
  • Familiar with search engines
  • Familiar with the usage of digital map for  searches
  • Ability to work autonomously with little or no supervision
