A successful Maltese bank and financial services company is looking to hire a Customer Service Officer (Dutch speaking) on a definite basis to support the Dutch speaking customers in their journey from account opening to saving.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and taking care of emails form existing customer in relations to its products and services
- Following up on customers requests that cannot be solved immediately and conducting the necessary investigations
- Logging customers complaints according to the procedures
- Supporting marketing and commercial initiatives to promote the company
