- Other responsibilities such as providing training, overseeing of calls and CRM systems and enhancing procedures.
- Previous experience in similar responsibilities.
- Experience with CRM and PABX systems.
- Excellent leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve the company’s standards.
- Outstanding communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, ensuring team work under all circumstances. Polite and kind manners. Energetic and with a positive mindset.
- A background in the finance or iGaming industry will be considered an asset.
