Job Description

One of the biggest financial services companies in Malta, with decades of trajectory in the field, is currently looking for a Customer Services Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of 20 agents, making sure all operations run smoothly and processes take the most efficient course.
  • Ensure that the quality of service from the department meets the high-level standards of the company.
  • Other responsibilities such as providing training, overseeing of calls and CRM systems and enhancing procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in similar responsibilities.
  • Experience with CRM and PABX systems.
  • Excellent leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve the company’s standards.
  • Outstanding communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, ensuring team work under all circumstances. Polite and kind manners. Energetic and with a positive mindset.
  • A background in the finance or iGaming industry will be considered an asset.
