A successful Maltese bank and financial services company is looking to hire a Customer Service Officer (French speaking) on a definite basis to support the French speaking customers in their journey from account opening to saving.
Duties and responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and replying to emails and customers in relation to the companies products and services
- Following up on customers requests that cannot be dealt with immediately and conducting necessary investigations
- Logging customers complaints according to the companies procedures
- Contacting customers who are in the process of opening an account
- Supporting marketing and commercial initiatives to promote the company via calls
