CRM specialist required to join the Commercial Marketing team of an established Tech firm.
- Driving their CRM strategy derived from in depth analytics of commercial activities across the customer lifecyle
- Identifying key product segments in line with strategy throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Creating campaigns based on the defined strategy
- Measuring and feedback results through internal and third party tools
- Using different communication channels to target customers accordingly
- Liaising with the rest of the team to find innovative and new ways of offers and execution.
- Degree in Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent related experience
- Proven experience with online marketing
- Strong commercial & analytical skills
- Excellent relationship management and presentation skills
