THE WOW

This role is part of the team responsible for the development and execution of CRM activity for the RaceBets brand.

CRM Coordinator will be managing customer lifecycle by growing loyal customer base and following customer journey from on-boarding down to lapsing.

Working closely with the CRM Manager and other members of the team, CRM Coordinator will construct campaigns – from idea initiation to execution – and customer communication, as well as sub-sequent campaign analysis on all RaceBets customer-oriented campaigns.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • English language – Native level written and spoken.

  • Either in having an understanding of IGaming or CRM.

  • Working under pressure and have great time management skills.

  • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud.

  • Understanding of digital Marketing.

  • Experience in a similar role.

A FLAVOUR OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Create and execute automated CRM campaigns and welcome bonus set-ups.

  • Write copy, set-up communications and send them out through all CRM channels across the customer life-cycle.

  • Test the quality and functionality of CRM Campaigns.

  • Evaluate campaigns using A/B tests and control groups and create basic reports.

  • Build and optimize Email templates.

  • Provide basic post data reports on CRM Campaigns.

  • Monitor customer behaviour for key learnings to optimize the CRM Strategy.

  • Optimize on-site content and journeys.
