A leading international bank is seeking to recruit a Contact Service Agent on Full-Time Basis.
- Handle incoming calls whilst delivering excellent customer service.
- Take ownership of a wide variety of enquiries from Commercial customers and non-customers.
- Ensure that Business customers’ expectations in terms of efficiency, accuracy and professionalism of response are fully met.
- Provide first line of support and promote usage of e-channels.
- A passion to provide excellent customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Well organised and able to demonstrate initiative.
- Problem solving and decision making skills with the ability to respond quickly.
- Excellent team player engaged in positive working relationships and sharing ideas.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Understanding of CMB products.
