CLIENT RELATIONS OFFICER - ACCOUNT OPENING - MIDDLE OFFICE
Full time/Indefinite

Main Duties:

  • Conduct the initial assessment of corporate changes
  • Provide guidance to customers on the collection of due diligence that would be needed on the relevant parties within the structure following corporate changes
  • Work closely with various departments within the Bank to ensure that procedures are followed accordingly
  • Assist in regulatory exercises imposed by the introduction of new regulations from time to time
  • Assist in the closure of existing accounts
  • Perform any other operational task required for the general set-up of existing accounts

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within a Bank or a Corporate Services Provider will be considered an asset
  • Relevant recognized qualification(s) will be considered an asset
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Strict adherence to policies and procedures
  • General understanding of Banking processes and systems
  • Must have a good eye for detail
