A Client Relations Officer (CRO) vacancy has arisen with one of our clients providing payment services. Chosen applicant will join their team based in Malta and will be responsible to address client enquiries, performing research and providing solutions to such enquiries. Further responsibilities include:
- Examine and explore available resolutions or implement alternative solutions;
- Provide client training on the various internal systems, platforms and procedures;
- Perform network and system monitoring to ensure internal systems are operational at all times;
- Work with internal stakeholders should potential faults or errors occur;
- Update CRM system;
Applicants need to have previous experience in a similar role, possess excellent communication skills in English and proficient in the use of MS Office.
This position involves working on shift basis, meaning you may be requested to work on weekends or public holidays. Extra shift allowance is being offered over and above the basic salary.
