Job Description
A global financial services provider dedicated to helping its clients manage and service their businesses and wealth are looking for a person to deal with the accounting matters of an identified client portfolio by performing a variety of standardised tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Administration of the Team’s Accounting reporting requirements Organise workload
- Preparation and review of client accounts/files and reports
- Preparation of invoices (quarterly function)
- Updating client accounts
- Liaison with clients
- Liaise with third parties i.e. Liaise with account department
- Invoice collection * Oversee Reconciliation process
- Produce reports for LBA process
- Prepare financial statements
- Prepare Commission reconciliations
- Assist with filing of accounts
- Assist in department with any other tasks, as requested, from time to time
Qualifications & Experience
- Partly/fully qualified ACCA
- Have at least 2-3 years experience in the financial services secto
- Proficiency in MS office applications( Word, Excel)
