The Role of Clerk
The eventual appointee will be appointed at a junior clerical position. The individual selected for this role will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
- Clerical duties such as the organisation of the filing system, dealing with customers enquiries and issuing of tax receipts and processing of applications.
- Assist in other clerical duties as may be directed from time to time by the Director for Archiving documents
- General clerical support duties as may be required from time to time.
The role calls for the possession of passes in Six (6) O’ Levels or equivalent that include English, Maltese and Mathematics, and an ECDL certification or equivalent as proof of computer literacy.
