To drive change within various departments during the Transformation Lifecycle and to handle internal communications related to programme progress and benefits. Support the Billing and Transformation Manager in adhering to programme timelines, budget and overall delivery.
Key Accountabilities / Key Activities:
Interact with various stakeholders and departments to streamline processes based on new system functionality.
- To ensure successful delivery of the activities in terms of timelines, scope and benefits.
- Work with the Billing and Transformation Manager to keep track of the various activities and reporting requirements.
- To manage and promote internally the programme, milestones, expected outcome and expected involvement.
- Escalation of Business Process and communication issues to the Billing and Transformation Manager.
- Owns and executes communications plan.
- Owner and coordinator of knowledge dissemination generated by the Transformation programme.
- Ensuring that the suppliers deliver in accordance with the contracts, minimising additional cost or impact on the organisation.
- Ensure sufficient reporting to enable informed decisions.
- Communicate with VF-Group on expected deliverables and progress of programme
Key Performance Indicators:
- Effective two-way communication of programme progress and programme features.
- Improvements to existing business processes.
- Motivating peers to embrace changes in processes and operations.
- Efficient management of timelines and delivery.
- Documentation of “To-Be” processes and procedures.
- Timely co-ordination during all stages of the programme.
- Experience in understanding business processes within Vodafone and streamline process to improve efficiency and integration with new system.
- Experience in project management would be advantageous
- Proven experience in people management and interaction is required
