- Resolve clients' technical questions or problems over the telephone, email and chat in the areas of system configuration and setup, product functionality and bugs
- Providing support through procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Supporting the roll-out of new products and or applications
- Escalate support issues to our product development team and co-ordinate such issues until they are solved
- Follow-up and closing open tickets in a timely manner;
- Previous experience within similar responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills in Maltese and English. Spanish language will be considered an asset
- Analytical and problem solving skills; able to work under pressure, multitask and prioritize
- Be a quick learner and self-starter; pro-active and with a customer-focused approach
