Lead provider of legal and financial services to worldwide clients is seeking to recruit a Business Analyst to support internal departments and external entities. Ideal candidate shall champion the implementation of these processes through people and systems effectively and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Understanding, evaluating and assessing the business requirements of the firm as well the needs of individual departments including the firm’s current systems and how they are used
  • Designing processes that will ensure the firm objectives and departmental objectives are achieved in a smooth manner while clients are well serviced
  • Actively working with firm managers, staff and any external stakeholders in the process of understanding processes and needs, re-designing processes and implementing them on systems
  • Ensure that in designing processes, activities are able to be measured, improvement is able to be measured and KPIs are set
  • Documenting business processes and ensure that this documentation is maintained and kept up to date
  • Creating systems and control mechanisms to ensure that processes are adhered to by all staff

Skills Required: 

  • Minimum 3 working years of experience in a process re engineering, change management or business consultancy role
  • Tertiary level Education IT related
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, CRM, database and information systems
  • Good understanding of a CRM system, ERP system or any systems that automate business processes in a professional services environment
  • Very good understanding of organisational change, how to manage it and how to mitigate risks in implementing change
  • Good negotiation and networking skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
