Administrator – Wealth Planning and Corporate Services

Present in 13 offices across 11 countries and growing, our client is looking for an administrator to assist its set up team on wealth planning and corporate services.


  • Working closely with the ROC and FSC to support the incorporation of new entities – full process
    • Work closely with the compliance team to support with the Set up process of new clients and entities for different jurisdictions
    • Ensure smooth incorporation of all new entities and/or transfer of entities
    • Effective handling of both complex and less complex entity set -up activities
    • Setting up draft business plans in line with FSC requirements
    • Effectively hand over incorporation and set up files to compliance for final review
    • Working closely with our Relationship Managers, Compliance Team and Client Service Teams to ensure effective structure and entity set up
    • Good communication skills and ability to ask the right questions to execute the setting up of an entity in line with the client’s intentions and laws & regulations

Experience Required

  • Experience with the set up and incorporation of complex structures  both in Mauritius and offshore
  • Experience in dealing  directly with the ROC and FSC
  • 5 - 6 years in the Global business sector
  • Corporate Secretarial experience, and good knowledge of Companies Act, and other regulatory Acts & Guidelines
  • Experience with using FSC & ROC online platforms and other client relationship management systems to record and control client information


  • A tertiary qualification is required
  • ACCA or ICSA will be an advantage
