A successful Insurance company is looking to employ an Administrative Support.

Responsibilities:

  • Working to reach department goals on Personal Lines Business, predominantly consisting of Motor, Marine Hull, Home and Individual Health risks;
  • Technical analysis of commercial and personal line Proposals from direct clients;
  • Issuing of policy documentation and related data inputting/invoicing in the Company's systems;
  • Supporting and servicing of Direct existing business

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years working in an insurance technical environment;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools / Applications;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Preference will be given to applicants who attained a CII qualification (minimum Dip CII) or who are in an advanced progress towards achieving such qualifications
  • Be proficient in both written and spoken English and Maltese (Spanish at any level would be considered an asset)
