Castille is a leading specialist in recruitment for Technology and Finance Professionals. In order to strengthen the team, we are looking to employ a strong relationship builder and administrative support in the role of an Administrative Officer.
Forming part of the recruitment team, you will build long term relationships with candidates and clients, project managing the delivery of our recommended talent.
Key responsibilities include:
- Pragmatically building awareness of our brand;
- Ensure all administrative tasks are achieved;
- Liaise with clients for prompt invoice settling;
- Supporting the team in the interests of our clients and candidates;
- Any cognate duty.
You would ideally:
- Have a strong administrative and secretarial background with experience in Customer Service;
- Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
- Be fluent in both English and French;
- Know the Ms Office Tools.
