An established international bank having offices in Malta is currently seeking to recruit a Administration Officer to join their Back Office team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing of customer's accounts in the database
- Updating customer's records
- Ensuring all client files are sorted and maintained accordingly
- Data inputting
Skills and Qualifications:
- Level 4 certification in business subjects
- Knowledge of MS Office applications and holds ECDL certificate
- Prior experience in financial institution will be considered an asset
- Ability to read, write and speak fluent English. Other languages will be considered an asset
- Excellent organizational skills,diligent and ability to work under pressure.
