A leading Insurance company is currently looking for an accounting and administration assistant who shall be reporting to the managing director.

- Processing orders and invoices for supplies;
- Posting invoices in the Company’s accounting system;
- Initiating payment transactions and obtaining proper authorization for such payments;
- Posting payments in the Company’s accounting system;
- Assisting the Company’s Accountant as necessary with daily tasks and with monthly closing procedures.
- Maintaining the Company’s physical and electronic filing system;
- Ordering office supplies as necessary;
- Liaising with service providers;
- Making travel arrangements for Company employees;
- Assisting the Managing Director with administrative tasks as necessary.
- An ‘A’ level pass in Accounting;
- A minimum of one year’s experience in the accounting or administration field.
- Highly organised and flexible
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
